Whiskey Tango Actual Foxtrott (WTAF)
Even though this is "unofficial", it is what I'm officially assigning as it is my most used or heard acronym ever within a single year since my birth back in the 1970s. I estimate that I've used or heard this used around 7361 times this year and on most occasions the phonetic terms used here were substituted with much more commonly used words, and much more appropriate in every case that I'm aware of. 2020 has just been crammed as full of WTAF moments as a Christmas turkey is full of stuff.
I sincerely hope that 2020 will ultimately be the worst year of my life when my days are done, but considering that the governments of the world don't know how to leave common people the hell alone and mind their own damned business, sadly, this will probably not be the case. That sucks because it doesn't provide much for me to look forward to, I will constantly be wondering how my government has screwed me over today while I was busy working on something and completely unaware of what they were doing. I'd like to extend a great big thanks to all of the assholes in DC for that as well, it wouldn't be possible to have a bleak future without them and they deserve to be recognized for that contribution to the lives of the people they misrepresent and are completely out of touch with, but at least they seem to be completely in touch with the fact that they are so out of touch, and at least they aren't trying to keep that a big secret anymore which is a bonus.
I love knowing that because they believe that nobody in this country will do a thing about whatever they choose to do these days, that they do whatever they feel like in whatever way they feel like and don't even bother trying to hide it. If someone says something they are just told that they didn't see that, and that it is no big deal, and just keep right on keepin on...
